Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 7 (Early Updates): Tamil star Suriya is all over the headlines these days and rightfully so. After all, his recent release Kanguva is creating waves ever since it was announced. Directed by Siva, Kanguva happens to be a fantasy action drama and also features Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, K. S. Ravikumar, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Mansoor Ali Khan, Ravi Raghavendra and Karunas in the lead. Interestingly, Kanguva marks Bobby Deol and Disha Patani's much talked about debut in the Tamil industry.
To note, Kanguva features Suriya in a double role while Bobby Deol plays the role of lead antagonist and he has been winning hearts with his menacing looks. Interestingly, Kanguva happens to be a pan India film which was released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. From trailer to stellar cast and the performances, everything about Kanguva has managed to create a massive buzz in the town and has crossed Rs 50cr mark during the first weekend.
Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 7 (Early Updates)
After maintaining a decent hold at the box office during the opening weekend, Kanguva is saw a significant drop in numbers on the first Monday. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Kanguva raked in Rs 3.15 crores on first Monday (day 5) followed by a collection of Rs 3.25 crores on day 6 (first Tuesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 60cr. Interestingly, Kanguva is expected to see a dip in numbers today (day 7/ first Wednesday). To note, the fantasy action drama has minted Rs 1.46 crores as of 8:15PM and the total collection as of now stands at Rs 61.46 crores
Will Kanguva Cross 63Cr In Week 1 In India?
While the collections from the night shows are yet to be out, looks like Kanguva is likely to earn Rs 1.5 crores more. As Kanguva is set to complete a week at the box office today, it will be interesting to see if it will cross Rs 63 crores mark at the box office.
Meanwhile, talking about Kanguva, Bobby Deol told Gulf News, "I am just so excited, and what better way to start your career in the Tamil industry than with a film like Kanguva and to work with Suriya. I am his big fan, and he's such a sweetheart. He's an amazing person. The best part was being on this set surrounded by a down-to-earth and humble director, cast, and crew.
