Lubber Pandhu features a talented ensemble cast, with Harish Kalyan in the role of Anbu and Attakathi Dinesh as Poomalai, also known as Gethu. The film highlights strong performances from Swasika as Yasodhai, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy as Durga, and Kaali Venkat as Karuppaiya. Bala Saravanan plays Anbu's friend Kathadi, while Devadarshini and Geetha Kailasam portray the mothers of Anbu and Poomalai, respectively.
