Directed by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, the film also pays tribute to the late actor and politician Vijayakanth. Lubber Pandhu Synopsis

Lubber Pandhu follows the journey of Anbu, a talented cricketer who encounters caste-based discrimination while pursuing his dreams in the realm of street cricket. Amidst themes of love, rivalry, and self-discovery, Anbu faces off against Gethu, a former cricket star. Throughout his journey, he learns that true success lies in fostering unity and inclusivity.

Lubber Pandhu Cast and Crew

Lubber Pandhu boasts a talented ensemble cast, featuring Harish Kalyan as Anbu and Attakathi Dinesh as Poomalai, also known as Gethu. The film showcases impressive performances from Swasika as Yasodhai, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy as Durga, and Kaali Venkat as Karuppaiya. Bala Saravanan plays Anbu's friend Kathadi, while Devadarshini and Geetha Kailasam portray the mothers of Anbu and Poomalai, respectively. Jenson Dhivakar takes on the role of Kozhandhai, Poomalai's friend, and TSK, Mounica Senthilkumar, and Karnan Janaki deliver notable supporting performances.
