Nayanthara Slams Dhanush In An Open Letter; Expresses Anguish Over Non-Cooperation With Wedding Documentary

Nayanthara Pens Open Letter Slamming Dhanush: Nayanthara, the actress who is enjoying the title of 'Lady Superstar of South,' made a bold move. Nayanthara, who is currently enjoying the best phase of her personal and professional life has been allegedly fighting a murky battle with none other than the epic actor-filmmaker Dhanush.

Nayanthara and Dhanush have been discussing NOC to the former's wedding documentary regarding the usage of content including songs, lyrics, pictures, and a few behind-the-scenes of the movie 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan.' For the unversed, the movie which marks the directorial debut of Vignesh Shivan also was a catalyst in the love story of the actress, who married Vignesh in an elaborate fairytale-like wedding in Mahabalipuram in 2022. The movie was written and directed by Vignesh, who also penned a couple of songs. It is a well-known fact how successful the movie and its album were.

The couple had taken a whole lot of sum in exchange for making their wedding documentary by the leading OTT giant Netflix. Everything has been smooth so far and the wedding film is going to be dropped on the platform on November 17. Nayanthara, who thought it was the right time to publicly address the issue, resorted to penning a two-page open letter, publicly.

She used strong words to express her anguish about Dhanush not allowing them to use the content of the most important movie of their lives-Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. Nayanthara and Dhanush have worked together in about three super hit films including Yaaradi Nee Mohini. However, Dhanush replaced Nayanthara in the 'Velai Illa Pattathari' movie.
