Ramayanam (Tamil) Serial Debuts On Sun TV From May 14: The epic mythological tale written by Valmiki, Ramayana, the story of Rama and Sita is reinvented again by talented filmmakers. The story's depiction in the web series is adding to the curiosity of the new-age content viewers who like to watch the entire story of Ramayana in modern storytelling and representation.

Ramayana On Sun TV From May 14

Sun TV is the game-changer in the segment of soap operas and Tamil television entertainment. It had earlier telecasted Ramanand Sagar's adaptation of Ramayana from Hindi's dubbed version.

Owing to the patronage and the continued interest in mythological tales that were technically advanced, another version of the Ramayana is now going to take Sun TV's prime time slot.

The Tamil version of Siddharth Kumar Tewary's 'Shrimad Ramayan' series is now going on air on Sun TV from May 14. The series will be telecast regularly and will have a schedule, unlike the previous Ramayana serials which were aired weekly once, on Sundays. The first episode is going on air on May 14 at 6 PM. It is worth mentioning that Ramayana is also Bollywood's favourite mythological story that can be re-told time and again, pan-India star Prabhas' 'Adipurush' directed by Om Raut and featuring Kriti Sanon remained a box office debacle.

Recently, the leaked images from Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana starring Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi have emerged on the internet and went viral, with people praising the costumes, sets, and the makeover of Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita.

After the promo was released, fans of the Ramayana story and Sun TV reacted positively through their social media accounts. They have showered appreciation for the content's great VFX, editing, background score, dialogues, and animations. However, they also wished that the channel consider airing the show at 9 or 9.30 PM and not at 6 PM.
