Tamil Actor Mansoor Ali Khan's Son Tughlaq Arrested By Tamil Nadu Police In Connection With Drug Trafficking

Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan's son Tughlaq aka Ali Khan was arrested Wednesday. The reason of his arrest was his connection with a drug trafficking cas after a thorough investigation and questioning on Tuesday night by Thirumangalam police. Police has also earlier arrested 10 individuals, including a few college students, owing to the connection with drug racket.

According to the reports, police arrested Tughlaq after receiving an intelligence that linked Tughlaq to people who are involved in trading of drugs. The reports further suggested that the authorities have already arrested a few them alongside Tughlaq. Individuals named Seyad Saki, Faisal Ahmed, Mohammad Riyas Ali are detained and being questioned along with Mansoor Ali Khan's son for further investigation.

Earlier this year, Mansoor Ali Khan made headlines after he made a controversial statement against actress Trisha, "When I heard that I was acting with Trisha, I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought I would carry her to the bedroom just like I did with other actresses in my earlier movies. I have done so many rape scenes and it's not new to me. But these guys didn't even show Trisha to me on the sets during the shoot in Kashmir."

Later, Trisha also hit back at Mansoor Ali Khan calling him misogynistic, sexist, and disrespectful, she wrote on X, "A recent video has come to my attention where Mr Mansoor Ali Khan has spoken about me in a vile manner. I strongly condemn this and find it sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive, and in bad taste. He can keep wishing, but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him, and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well. People like him bring a bad name to mankind."
