Vettaiyan Box Office Collection Day 13 Early Updates: Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Tamil action-drama - directed by T.J. Gnanavel - has been struggling to maintain its momentum at the box office. Produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the production banner Lyca Productions, the movie had its grand theatrical release on 10th October 2024.

Starring superstar Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati among others, the film opened to mixed reviews from the audience and critics alike, struggling to leave a mark at the box office.

Despite the positive pre-release buzz and Rajinikanth, Big B's star powers, Vettaiyan has been struggling to pull audiences to theatres. Amid much anticipation, the film had an underwhelming box office opening of Rs 31.7 cr (including all languages). Since then, the film has been witnessing drop in numbers.

Vettaiyan managed to rake in around Rs 118.95 cr in its 1st week of theatrical run. According to Sacnilk, the movie saw a major drop by over 60% yesterday and recorded its lowest-single day on 2nd Monday (day 12). Now, the total nett collection (India) of the film is estimated to be around Rs 136.55 cr in 12 days.

Vettaiyan is struggling to even cross the Rs 150 cr-mark at the box office in 2 weeks. Given the current buzz, the film is likely to continue its struggle to maintain hold hold today as well after the disastrous Monday.

As per the latest Sacnilk update, teh Rajinikanth starrer has managed to earn around Rs 78 lakhs today (day 13, 2nd Tuesday) till 4:15 pm IST.
