As per Sacnilk's final update, Vettaiyan has grossed Rs. 0.92 Crore. It is believed that the movie will make around Rs. 1.5 to Rs. 1.8 Crores on Thursday too. Until now, Vettaiyan has made a total India net collection of Rs. 140.92 Crore.

After Day 14, Vettaiyan reportedly made a worldwide collection of Rs. Rs. 242.60 Crore, overseas collection of Rs. 79 Crore, and India gross collection of Rs. 163.60 Crore. On Thursday, Vettaiyan had an overall 14.10% Tamil occupancy. There are claims on the social media that the movie will touch 400 Croes at the box office. But there is no official reports of Vettaiyan crossing 400 Crore as of now.

When Will Vettaiyan Release On OTT?

Vettaiyan is all set to release on OTT platform on November 7, 2024. The movie will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video. Vettaiyan will be available to stream in four different languages. Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital rights of Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan's film for 90 Crore.

Besides Rajinikanth and Amitabh, Vettaiyan also features Rana Daggubati, Manji Warrier, Ritika Singh, Rao Ramesh, and Suhara Vijayan. The movie is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah's Lyca Productions. Vettaiyan was officially announced in March 2023. The movie is shot in various locations, including Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Tirunelveli.
