Vettaiyan Box Office Collection Day 3: Rajinikanth & T.J. Gnanavel's Action Drama's First Weekend Looks Bright

Vettaiyan Box Office Collection Prediction Day 3: Superstar Rajinikanth's latest release written and directed by T.J. Gnanavel titled 'Vettaiyan,' was released worldwide theatrically on October 10. The movie which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati in key roles earned a positive response after its release from the critics and fans. The concept the movie dealt with is earning appreciation along with the super solid performances of the ensemble cast.

Vettaiyan Synopsis

Athiyan (Rajinikanth) is a strict cop who goes beyond the law to safeguard justice. He is known as an encounter specialist. He becomes interested in a school teacher Sharanya (Dushara Vijayan) who also cannot stand injustice and tries to expose a dangerous scam involving students. Sharanya gets brutally killed and the wrong person is encountered by Athiyan. How Athiyan finds out the truth and reason behind Sharanya's death is the crux of Vettaiyan.

Vettaiyan opened on a massive note all over Tamil Nadu and other parts of the world but the movie didn't have a proper pre-release buzz among the two Telugu states. In the Hindi belt, the movie started off well at the ticket counters despite competition from Alia Bhatt's Jigra and Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wali Video movies.
