Vettaiyan Theatrical Trailer Release Postponed? Vettaiyan is superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming action drama co-written and directed by T.J. Gnanavel. The movie features a star-studded cast and is ready to hit the screens worldwide on October 10 on a large scale in several languages.

Suriya also paid heed to the superstar's image by postponing the release of his highly-awaited period action drama 'Kanguva.' The news of Rajinikanth's hospitalization on October 1 came as a shock and worry to the Thalaiva's fans. However, they are confident that Rajinikanth will recover quickly like in the past.

The movie was extensively shot from October 23 across locations like Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Tirunelveni. This is the first time T.J. Gnanavel has collaborated with superstar Rajinikanth. Meanwhile, the makers of Vettaiyan have announced the theatrical trailer release date earlier. Owing to the latest circumstances, they are considering postponement.

Due to the sudden hospitalization of superstar Rajinikanth, the makers of the film are now going to consider postponing the release of theatrical trailer. They revealed the date as October 2 at first and will discuss a new date. The official announcement of the trailer release date is expected to come out shortly.

Shrinivas, Ramesh Thilak, Kishore as SP Harish Kumar, Rakshan, G.M. Sundar, Sabumon Abdusamad, Abhirami as Swetha, and Shaji Chen as Police Commissioner. Anirudh Ravichander appeared as himself in a cameo in the super hit song 'Manasilaayo.'
