Vidaamuyarchi Overseas Bookings Now Open: Ajith Kumar's upcoming action thriller written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni, Vidaamuyarchi, is now officially in the Pongal race of 2025. The Trisha-starrer is reportedly an adaptation of the 1997 Hollywood film 'Breakdown' directed by Jonathan Mostow.

Vidaamuyarchi is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on January 10 in Tamil and the expectations are sky-high. The movie has music and score by Anirudh Ravichander and stars a bunch of talented actors in Kollywood.

Vidaamuyarchi makers have also dropped an enticing teaser for the fans ahead of the trailer release on December 29, reportedly. The official date of theatrical trailer release will be out shortly. The teaser (Tamil) has 12 Million views about 1 Million likes. Check out the teaser below.

Now that the release date of the most anticipated actioner of Ajith is official, the advance bookings for Vidaamuyarchi overseas opened up. The movie is gearing up to wreak havoc at the box office worldwide, especially in Tamil Nadu and fans in India are excited about the same. The pre-sales in the USA, the UK, and other such countries are expected to set a record-breaking number before the film's grand premiere on January 9. On the other hand, Vidaamuyarchi will be released alongside Ram Charan's 'Game Changer,' a bilingual directed by Shankar.

The protagonist enters a dangerous desert looking for his missing ex-wife. In his search, he faces battles for survival and a web of challenges posed by a gangster and the dark underworld.
