Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam Inaugural State Conference: The inaugural state-level conference of Tamil superstar Vijay's political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), commenced to an enthusiastic turnout in Vikravandi, Villupuram district. Thousands of supporters gathered as Vijay made his grand entrance around 4 PM, greeting fans while walking down a specially designed ramp to the stage.

The atmosphere was electric as the party's anthem resonated through the venue, culminating in Vijay hoisting the party flag-featuring a striking blend of red and yellow-on a towering 100-foot flagpole. The event attracted significant crowds, but unfortunately, over 100 attendees fainted due to dehydration. Fortunately, more than 35 doctors were present on-site to provide immediate medical assistance.

While the official proceedings of the conference began in the evening, cultural programs were already in full swing earlier in the day, adding to the celebratory mood of the occasion.

During the inaugural conference of Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam, party treasurer Venkatraman led TVK cadres and supporters of actor-turned-politician Vijay in taking a pledge. This pledge emphasized the party's dedication to its core principles and Vijay's vision for Tamil Nadu, fostering a strong sense of unity and purpose among the attendees as they rallied in support of their new leader and his political agenda.

In his speech addressing the supporters of his party during the conference, Vijay discussed the party's ideology and policies. Since announcing his political entry in February, Vijay has actively engaged with supporters, having launched the party's flag and anthem in August.TVK has also received official recognition as a political party from the Election Commission, marking a significant milestone in Vijay's political career.
