Ace Box Office Collection Day 3
According to a report published in Sacnilk, Ace made a collection of Rs 1.62 crores on day 2 (first Saturday) and saw a slight hike on day 3 as it minted Rs 1.7 crores on first Sunday. As a result, the total collection of Ace stands at Rs 4.32 crores after the opening weekend.
Ace Fails To Beat Viduthalai On 1st Sunday
Interestingly, Ace has been witnessing comparisons with Vijay Sethupathi's 2023 release period political crime thriller film Viduthalai Part 1. However, Ace has failed to beat Vidhuthalai Part 1 on first Sunday with a huge gap as the latter had raked in Rs 5.05 crores on its first Sunday.
Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi spoke about the romantic aspect of his character Bold Kannan in Ace and told Hindustan Times, "It's about love and how the two-Bold Kannan and Rukku (played by Rukmini Vasanth)-fall in love and experience it. It's about how these two souls perceive love. From friendship, it moves to love; the way they handle situations and conflicts-everything is different. Love is a universal language, but how the two people in that relationship view love and life defines that love, in my opinion".
