Aghathiyaa Film Promotes In Unique Way With The Launch Of Its Official Game

15th January 2025: Aghathiyaa, the much-awaited fantasy-horror thriller film, breaks new ground in Indian cinema with the launch of its official game, a first-of-its-kind initiative in Tamil cinema. This marks a rare instance where a movie leverages online gaming as a promotional tool. Designed with deliberate simplicity, the game is an immersive fantasy adventure which brings the film's thrilling narrative to life, featuring the Angels and Devils of Aghathiyaa. With characters modelled after the actors Jiiva and Arjun Sarja in the film, players of all ages can explore the movie's richly imagined world and connect deeply with its storyline.

By inviting fans to immerse themselves in the eerie world of Aghathiyaa, this initiative not only generates excitement but also sets a new benchmark for how Indian films can connect with audiences beyond traditional mediums.

Launched alongside the film's second single, "En Iniya Pon Nilave," the game sets the stage for Aghathiyaa's grand pan-India release on January 31, 2025. The second single for the movie En Iniya Pon Nilave has been beautifully recreated by the Little Maestro, Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Yuvan Shankar Raja shared, "When Pa. Vijay approached me about creating a vintage-style song, I took a day to think about it. The next day, I told him I already had the perfect track in mind-En Iniya Pon Nilave. His excitement was evident as he expressed his joy with a heartfelt hug. Originally sung by the legendary K.J. Yesudas, this version has been beautifully brought to life by his son, Vijay Yesudas, and Priya Jersin. We even collaborated with some of the same musicians who worked on the original. This recreation holds a special place in my heart as a tribute to a timeless masterpiece." Yuvan concluded with enthusiasm, saying, "I'm immensely proud of how this version has turned out, and I'm confident it will recreate the same magic my father's music always delivered.
