Aghathiyaa OTT Release Date & Platform: Written and directed by Pa Vijay in his directorial debut, Jiiva, Raashii Khanna and Arjun Sarja's horror comedy-drama is titled 'Aghathiyaa.' The movie was theatrically released on February 28 in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi to a lukewarm response. After its release, the Aghathiyaa movie was reviewed as a decent attempt with narration gone wrong. The concept of traditional Siddha medicine and its prominence in history was interesting. However, as the main plot unveils, which is an age-old trope, nonetheless, the director fails to put it together in an entertaining and gripping way.

Aghathiyaa Synopsis
Agathiyaa (Jiiva) is an art director who is working at Edwin Duplex mansion which belongs to the 18th century belonging to Edwin (Edwin Sonnenblick). He devises a plan along with his friends Veena (Raashii Khanna) and others to turn the building into a haunted house so that they can benefit financially. Very soon, they learn that the mansion is indeed haunted and there are supernatural elements. Siddharth (Arjun Sarja) is a Siddha medicine exponent. What is his connection to the Edwin Duplex? What happened to Siddharth? Forms the crux of Aghathiyaa.

As per the latest update, the awaited digital streaming debut on Jiiva and Raashii Khanna's periodic horror-thriller has been confirmed for March 28. The post-theatrical rights for streaming the Aghathiyaa movie are with Sun NXT and the movie will be available with subtitles once it begins to flow at midnight on March 28. The movie is streaming now on Amazon Prime Video as well. Tentkotta will also house Aghathiyaa movie in its library. The official date will be announced shortly.

The movie stars Jiiva, Raashii Khanna, Arjun Sarja, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Datho Radha Ravi, Edward Sonnenblick, VTV Ganesh, and Matylda among others in key roles.

Ishari K. Ganesh and Aneesh Arjun Dev produced the movie under the Vels Film International and WAM India banners. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the film's entire music and score. Dipak Kumar Padhy cranked the camera and San Lokesh worked as the editor.
