The popular reality show, which premiered in October 2024, has been hosted by Vijay Sethupathi and as the show is in the last leg, the makers are leaving no stone unturned to keep the audience intrigued. Amid this, after Deepak Dinkar and Arun Prasath's elimination, Bigg Boss Tamil 8 got its top 6 finalists in Muthukumaran, Jacquline, Rayan, Pavithra Janani, VJ Vishal and Sounddariya Nanjudan. To note, Rayan became the first finalist of the show after winning the ticket to finale. Interestingly, as the finale week has begun the competition to inch close to the grand finale. As per the promo, the popular reality show is coming up with the cash box task wherein the contestants will be given an opportunity to take up the money bag and walk out of the BB house. In the task, the top 6 will have to run for cash box with a starting amount of Rs 50 thousand and decide whether to quit the show ahead of the grand finale or still compete for the winner's trophy
