Coolie Third Single Release Time: The countdown has begun for the release of the third single from Coolie, the upcoming Tamil action thriller starring Rajinikanth and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Titled 'Power House,' the track is scheduled to be unveiled today, July 22, 2025, with a special launch event in Hyderabad.

The update was made official by production house Sun Pictures via multiple social media posts. On Sunday, they shared: "Hyderabad, It's time to go crazy tomorrow! The #Coolie third single #PowerHouse - Song launch event is all set." And on Monday, just hours before the track's release, the production banner posted: "Patha Vachuralama? #Coolie Third Single #PowerHouse From Today 9 PM!"

This marks the third track from the film's album, composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The earlier singles, 'Chikitu' and 'Monica,' each gained significant traction upon release. The second track, in particular, stood out due to the presence of Pooja Hegde, and the viral dance moves by Soubin Shahir have already sparked widespread discussion online, boosting the film's visibility ahead of its release.

Rajinikanth-Lokesh Kanagaraj Film Set for August 14 Release

Coolie, which is slated to hit theaters worldwide on August 14, 2025, brings together an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Reba Monica John, Junior MGR, and Monisha Blessy. Rajinikanth plays Deva, while other notable appearances include Aamir Khan as Dahaa and Pooja Hegde as a cameo in the song Monica.

The film was initially announced in September 2023 under the working title Thalaivar 171, later officially titled Coolie in April 2024. Filming reportedly took place across multiple locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Jaipur, and Bangkok, and was completed in March 2025.

Anirudh's soundtrack for Coolie continues his collaboration streak with both Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj. The lyrics for "Power House" have been penned by Vishnu Edavan, a longtime associate of the director. The song launch event will also feature a performance by Anirudh.

With under a month to go before its theatrical premiere, the release of Power House is seen as a key step in the film's pre-release promotions. All eyes are now on the Hyderabad event as fans await the full release of the much-anticipated track.
