Announced as AK63 in late 2023-signifying Ajith's 63rd project as a lead actor-the film was officially titled Good Bad Ugly in March 2024. Production commenced in May, with substantial segments filmed in Hyderabad and select portions shot in Spain. The team concluded principal photography by early December.

GV Prakash Kumar, who has previously delivered a mix of energetic scores and melodic compositions, is composing the music for the film. The cinematography is handled by Abinandhan Ramanujam, while the editing is managed by Vijay Velukutty, who also worked on the teaser that has already drawn some early attention.

Stunt sequences are being choreographed by Supreme Sundar along with international action director Kaloian Vodenicharov, suggesting the inclusion of visually engaging action set pieces. G. M. Sekhar oversees the production design, while the costume styling by Anu Vardhan and Rajesh Kamarsu adds to the film's visual tone.
