Industry analyst Sreedhar Pillai also acknowledged the milestone, stating that Ajith has once again proven to be the "King of Opening," with Good Bad Ugly grossing ₹200 crore worldwide in just eight days. The film is continuing its strong run into the second week, benefiting from the Easter weekend.

Good Bad Ugly Storyline

In Good Bad Ugly, AK, a notorious crime lord, surrenders to the authorities in 2007 to live a peaceful life with his wife, Ramya, and son, Vihaan. After serving an 18-year sentence, AK is set to reunite with his family in Spain. However, his past catches up with him when Vihaan is wrongfully accused of a crime. As AK uncovers a tangled web of betrayal and gang rivalries, he fights to clear his son's name and protect his loved ones. A violent clash with old enemies sets the stage for a dramatic showdown, ultimately bringing AK back to his family.

Good Bad Ugly Production

The principal photography for Good Bad Ugly commenced in May 2024, with the majority of the shoot taking place in Hyderabad, alongside additional scenes filmed in Spain. Production was completed by early December. The film was released in India and internationally in both standard and EPIQ formats.
