Good Bad Ugly boasts a star-studded cast featuring Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan, Usha Uthup, Rahul Dev, Redin Kingsley, Raghu Ram (popularly known as Roadies Raghu), Pradeep Kabra, Harry Josh, B. S. Avinash (of KGF fame), Yogi Babu, Prasanna, Prabhu, Priya Prakash Varrier, Simran, Tinnu Anand, Sayaji Shinde, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, and Arjun Das.
The film's technical crew includes producers Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, with Cherry serving as CEO and Dinesh Narasimhan as Chief Executive Producer. The film, penned and helmed by Adhik Ravichandran, includes music by G. V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Abinandhan Ramanujam, and editing by Vijay Velukutty. G. M. Sekhar headed production design, while action sequences were choreographed by Supreme Sundar and Kaloian Vodenicharov. Styling was handled by Anu Vardhan and Rajesh Kamarsu, and public relations were managed by Suresh Chandra and Vamsi Shekar (for Telugu promotions).
