Jana Nayagan Audio Launch Television Premiere Date: With the release of Jana Nayagan less than two weeks away, the makers have confirmed the television premiere details of the film's audio launch, giving fans another opportunity to catch the star-studded event that took place in Malaysia a few days ago. The telecast arrives as anticipation builds around Vijay's final film before his formal political entry, scheduled to hit cinemas on January 9, 2026, for the Pongal weekend.

Audio Launch Held in Kuala Lumpur

The audio launch of Jana Nayagan was organized on December 27 at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur. Titled "Thalapathy Thiruvizha," the event brought together the main cast and crew, including Vijay, director H. Vinoth, and key technicians. The evening also featured a tribute concert dedicated to the actor, with live performances led by composer Anirudh Ravichander. Singers Anuradha Sriram, S. P. Charan, Tippu, Shweta Mohan, Andrea Jeremiah, Krish, Saindhavi, and several others delivered renditions from Vijay's earlier films and new tracks from Jana Nayagan. KVN Productions later announced that the televised version of the event will air on January 4 at 4:30 PM on Zee Tamil.

Jana Nayagan is positioned as a political action thriller that marks Vijay's final big-screen appearance before his transition to full-time politics. Directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Venkat K. Narayana under KVN Productions, the film also serves as the company's first venture in Tamil cinema. Pooja Hegde and Bobby Deol headline the cast alongside Vijay, with supporting roles by Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Priyamani, and Narain.

The technical team includes cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan, editor Pradeep E. Ragav, action director Anl Arasu, production designer V. Selvakumar, and lyricist Arivu. Choreography for the film's songs was handled by Sekhar VJ and Sudhan.
