NEEK centers on Prabhu, a young man still grappling with the aftermath of a past breakup, who faces pressure from his family to settle into an arranged marriage. To his surprise, the bride selected for him is Preethi, an old school friend. As they reconnect, she helps him confront his past, sparking a journey of self-discovery and emotional closure.

Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK) stars Pavish Narayan in the lead role of Prabhu Deva, with Mathew Thomas playing his friend Rajesh and Anikha Surendran portraying his ex-girlfriend, Nila. Priya Prakash Varrier features as Preethi, while veteran actors R. Sarathkumar, Aadukalam Naren, and Saranya Ponvannan play important roles. The ensemble cast also includes Siddhartha Shankar, Venkatesh Menon, Rabiya Khatoon, and Ramya Ranganathan. Priyanka Mohan makes a special appearance in the song Golden Sparrow.
