South Celebrities Who Won Padma Awards 2025: For 2025, the list of the Indian government's prestigious Padma Awards has been announced. As many as 139 citizens from various walks of life received the honour. There are 7 Padma Vibhushan awards, 19 Padma Bhushan and 113 Padma Shri awards and 23 of the 139 are women. There are 13 posthumous awardees along with 10 others falling under the NRI, PIO, and OCI categories.

From the Movie, Arts, and Entertainment industries, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Shobhana, and Ajith Kumar were mentioned as the Padma Bhushans, for their contribution to the field of arts and entertainment. Playback singer Arjith Singh won the Padma award.
