Paramasivan Fathima OTT Release: After its theatrical release on June 6, 2025, the Tamil horror thriller Paramasivan Fathima is now making its way to the digital space. The film, written, directed, and produced by Esakki Karvannan under his Lakshmi Creations banner, is set to premiere on the streaming platform Aha on July 4, 2025.

Paramasivan Fathima features Vimal in the titular role, with Chayadevi playing a dual character-Fathima and Tamilselvi. The film also includes an ensemble of supporting actors such as M. S. Bhaskar, Manoj Kumar, Sriranjani, Athira, Aruldoss, Cool Suresh, Kadhal Sukumar, and Veerasamar. The story unfolds in a remote hill village where a series of mysterious murders prompts a police investigation that slowly reveals a chilling secret.

A Supernatural Mystery Set in a Remote Village

The plot centers around a string of killings that defy logic and point toward a non-human perpetrator. As investigators dig deeper, they stumble upon a buried secret rooted in the village's history. What initially appears to be the work of a deranged killer gradually takes on a supernatural dimension, blurring the line between myth and reality.

Vimal, whose film career has often oscillated between rural dramas and light-hearted comedies, takes on a more intense role this time. Chayadevi, who plays a character with two identities, adds a psychological layer to the narrative. Director Esakki Karvannan, known for his previous film Tamil Kudimagan (2023), explores a darker and more atmospheric genre with this project.

The film's technical team includes M. Sukumar handling cinematography and Buvan in charge of editing. Art direction is by Veerasamar, who also appears in a supporting role. Post-production was completed at Bharani Studios, with DI and VFX work managed by Whitee Lottus.

The music for Paramasivan Fathima was composed by Deepan Chakravarthy. The first single, titled "Naa Malli," was released on May 9, 2025. A pre-release audio launch event was held in Chennai on May 26, where the full album-comprising four additional songs-was unveiled to the public.

With its OTT debut, Paramasivan Fathima will now be accessible to a wider audience. Subscribers of Aha can stream the film starting July 4 in Tamil.
