Top 10 Tamil Serials TRP Rankings: The competition among Tamil serials on the small screen continues to heat up, with the latest TRP ratings revealing some significant shifts in viewer preferences. According to a report by Asianet News Tamil, the much-anticipated Ethirneechal Thodargirathu has seen a decline in its ratings, sparking discussions about its performance. Here's a detailed look at the TRP standings for the second week of 2025, as per the report.

Shift in Rankings

Baakiyalakshmi, which was ranked 9th in the previous week, has slipped to 10th place, garnering a TRP of 6.50. Meanwhile, Ethirneechal Thodargirathu, which started strong in its debut week, has faced a steady drop. After initially securing the 7th position, it moved down to 8th last week and has now fallen to 9th place with a TRP of 6.52.

On the other hand, Pandian Stores 2 has witnessed an improvement in its rankings. Rising from 10th to 8th position, the serial secured 6.54 TRP points. Ramayanam maintained its spot in 7th place with a stable TRP of 7.56, reflecting consistent viewer loyalty.

Mid-Tier Movement

Two other popular serials, Annam and Marumagal, have experienced minor setbacks. Annam, which was in 5th place last week, dropped to 6th, recording a TRP of 7.70. Similarly, Marumagal shifted from 4th to 5th place, earning a TRP of 8.03.

The Top Contenders

Traditionally, Sun TV dominates the top four positions, but this week, Vijay TV's Siragadikka Aasai broke into the upper echelon. With a TRP of 8.19, it climbed to 4th place, making it a notable entry.

The top three spots remained firmly with Sun TV serials. Kayal secured 3rd place with a TRP of 9.00, followed by Moondru Mudichu in 2nd place with 9.19 points. Leading the chart is Singapenne, retaining its crown with a TRP of 9.21.
