Vaadivaasal Update: Fans of Tamil superstar Suriya have been eagerly waiting for updates on Vaadivaasal, a highly anticipated collaboration between the actor and acclaimed filmmaker Vetri Maaran. The film, based on C. S. Chellappa's novel of the same name, revolves around the traditional bull-taming sport, Jallikattu. While news about the project has been scarce, a major update has now surfaced, sparking excitement among cinephiles.

Music director G. V. Prakash Kumar, who is composing the soundtrack for Vaadivaasal, has officially begun work on the film's music. The composer himself shared this news on social media, posting a picture alongside director Vetri Maaran. With music by Santhosh Narayanan, Retro is scheduled for a theatrical release on May 1, 2025.
