Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 Trailer Release: Written and directed by Chithha fame SU Arun Kumar, Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2 is an upcoming action-thriller starring the most experimental superstar of Kollywood, Chiyaan Vikram. The movie is going to hit the screens worldwide on March 27, and the unit is about to kickstart the promotions. There are high expectations for this film as Vikram collaborated with Arun Kumar for the first time, and the movie is coming out after his recent epic film 'Thangalaan.' For Thangalaan, the actor is likely to win a National Film Award, opine his fans. The movie was first slated for a theatrical release in Tamil and Telugu on January 30 but was later postponed due to several other reasons.

Trailer Out During Audio Launch Event

Arun Kumar's previous films Chithha, Pannaiyarum Padminiyum and Sethupathi won critical acclaim and the director for the first time collaborated with an actor like Vikram, on a grand scale. With the release date around the corner, the makers of the film, HR Pictures, helmed by Riya Shibu, are closing the theatrical and digital deals of Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2, while simultaneously making elaborate arrangements for the film's audio release.

As per the available update, the movie's highly awaited theatrical glimpse will be revealed during the audio launch event. Arrangements are in place for conducting a mega event to mark the film's big promotional meet with fans on March 20 in Chennai. The audio and theatrical glimpse will be released on the same day.

Referred to as Chiyaan 62, the movie was first announced in April 2024. Suraj Venjaramoodu is making his Tamil debut with this action film. The title was announced on April 17 last year. A prequel will follow as Part 1 and the director only plans on starting the work after the release of Veera Dheera Sooran part 2.

The makers of the film have approached a unique narrative for this two-part action entertainer starring Chiyaan Vikram. The movie's second part is hitting the screens before the production of first part even began. After the release of Dheera Veera Sooran Part 2, the makers will start production of Dheera Veera Sooran Part 1. The movie's Telugu theatrical rights are sold for Rs 4 Crore, reportedly. Tollywood producer NV Prasad bagged the rights and will distribute the film across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

GV Prakash Kumar-Vikram's Fourth Collab

Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 was predominantly shot in Tamil Nadu including Chennai, Tiruttani, Madurai, and Karaikudi. The movie's music and score composed by GV Prakash Kumar marks the actor-musician's collaboration for the fourth time following 'Thangalaan,' 'Thaandavam,' and 'Deiva Thirumagal.'

Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2 Three Singles

Two songs from Vikram-Dushara Vijayan's actioner were released so far by Think Music, which secured the music rights. The first track called 'Kalloorum,' and the second single titled 'Aaathi Adi Aaathi' along with the title track 'Veera Dheera' were released to a positive response from fans. The Veera Dheera song's Telugu version was also released.

Written and directed by SU Arun Kumar, Dheera Veera Sooran's music and score are composed by G.V Prakash Kumar. Theni Eswar and Prasanna G.K worked as the film's cinematographer and editor. C.S. Balachandar headed the Art Department.
