Vidaamuyarchi Box Office Collection Day 1 Early Updates: Vidaamuyarchi has been one of the most talked about in Tamil cinema this year and the movie has finally hit the screen after several delays. The movie was released worldwide and it has opened the domestic box office collection with a hope of recovering the staggering budget of Rs. 200 Cr. The Ajith Kumar starrer has already recovered and the 5% of the budget and it is counting further with each passing hour.

According to the early updates of Sacnilk, Vidaamuyarchi has earned Rs. 11.59 Cr as of 7pm, on day 1, i.e., opening day. The movie has 59.54% Tamil occupancy on day 1, according to the reports. The Hindi occupancy stands at 11.43% while the Telugu occupancy stands at Rs. 12.99% so far.

Vidaamuyarchi stars Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, alongside Ajith Kumar. The movie is helmed by Magizh Thirumeni while it is bankrolled by Lyca Productions. According to a report by Koimoi, Ajith Kumar charged more than half of the budget of the film, and his remuneration stands at Rs. 110-120 Cr. The movie was supposed to be released in January, 2025, however, it is delayed due to 'unavoidable circumstances'.

In the movie, Arjun, played by Ajith, and his wife, Kayal, share a lovable bond with each other. However, their lives turn upside down when Kayal is kidnapped in Azerbaijan in their trip to the country. Now, Arjun embarks on a mission to find his wife as the villain creates obstacles for him. The music of the film is given by Anirudh Ravichander.
