Vidaamuyarchi Industry Tracker Report: Ajith Kumar's highly anticipated Tamil action thriller Vidaamuyarchi is gearing up for its worldwide theatrical release on February 6, 2025. Directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions, the film is rumored to take inspiration from the 1997 American movie Breakdown.

The film is said to have a Hollywood-style approach in its making and direction, centering around a protagonist attempting to rewrite the chaos of his past and correct it through his actions. Along the way, he faces numerous challenges, including personal struggles. Described as a survival thriller, Vidaamuyarchi is expected to offer a blend of intense drama and gripping action.

Vidaamuyarchi Premise

Arjun shares a strong bond with his wife, Kayal, but their relationship is tested when unforeseen challenges emerge. When Kayal is abducted by a notorious group in Azerbaijan, Arjun embarks on a mission to rescue her.
