Vidaamuyarchi Box Office Collection: Ajith Kumar's Tamil action thriller Vidaamuyarchi had its worldwide premiere on February 6, 2025. Helmed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the Lyca Productions banner, the film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav.

According to film industry tracker South Indian Box Office, Vidaamuyarchi has recorded notable earnings at the Tamil Nadu box office during its opening weekend. The film reportedly collected ₹26.25 crore on its first day, followed by ₹11.25 crore on the second day and ₹13.50 crore on the third day, bringing its three-day total to ₹51 crore. The Sunday collections saw an increase, reflecting steady audience turnout. The box office performance suggests sustained interest, and the film's trajectory in the coming days remains to be seen.
Vidaamuyarchi Storyline
While on vacation, Arjun and Kayal cross paths, and their chance encounter blossoms into a romance that soon leads to marriage and a new beginning in Baku. However, as time goes by, their relationship begins to strain, gradually pulling them apart. Just as they reach a breaking point, an unexpected crisis endangers Kayal's life, forcing Arjun to undertake a daring mission to save her.
Vidaamuyarchi Cast and Crew
Ajith Kumar leads the cast of Vidaamuyarchi as Arjun M., while Trisha Krishnan plays his wife, Kayal, with Chinmayi lending her voice for dubbing. Arjun Sarja portrays Rakshith, also known as Dheeraj, and Regina Cassandra takes on the role of his wife, Deepika. The ensemble cast also features Arav as Michael, Nikhil Nair as Nikhil, along with Dasarathi, Ganesh Saravanan, and Tural Ahmed as Rakshith's gang members. Additional supporting roles include Ravi Raghavendra as a psychiatrist, Jeeva Ravi and Sandhya Janak as Kayal's parents, and Ramya Subramanian as her friend, Anu. Vidadi Hasanov plays Omar, with Vusala Agayeva as his wife, while Javanshir Hadiyev appears as a police officer, and Vetri Kiran takes on the role of Deepika's father.
Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the film boasts a strong technical crew. Anirudh Ravichander composes the music, Om Prakash ISC handles cinematography, and NB Srikanth takes charge of editing. The art direction is helmed by Milan, with Supreme Sundar coordinating action sequences and Kalyan overseeing dance choreography. Costume design is led by Anu Vardhan, while G.
