Vidaamuyarchi Box Office Collection: The Tamil action thriller Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith Kumar in the lead, had its worldwide premiere on February 6, 2025. Helmed by Magizh Thirumeni and backed by Subaskaran Allirajah under the Lyca Productions banner, the film features a star-studded cast, including Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav.

According to film industry tracker AB George's post on X (formerly Twitter), Ajith Kumar's Vidaamuyarchi had a strong start at the UK box office, collecting £85,854 on its opening day. This marks the highest opening for an Ajith Kumar film in the region, surpassing the £64,000 opening of his previous film, Thunivu.

Vidaamuyarchi Storyline

Arjun and Kayal's vacation encounter sparks a deep connection, leading to marriage and a new life in Baku. However, challenges over the years create distance between them. Just as their relationship reaches a crossroads, an unexpected crisis puts Kayal in danger, pushing Arjun into a high-stakes mission to save her.

Vidaamuyarchi Cast and Crew

Ajith Kumar leads the cast of Vidaamuyarchi as Arjun M., alongside Trisha Krishnan as his wife, Kayal, with her voice dubbed by Chinmayi. Arjun Sarja plays Rakshith, also known as Dheeraj, while Regina Cassandra portrays Deepika, Rakshith's wife. The ensemble cast includes Arav as Michael, Nikhil Nair as Nikhil, and Dasarathi, Ganesh Saravanan, and Tural Ahmed as Rakshith's gang members. Supporting roles feature Ravi Raghavendra as a psychiatrist, Jeeva Ravi and Sandhya Janak as Kayal's parents, and Ramya Subramanian as Kayal's friend, Anu. Vidadi Hasanov plays Omar, with Vusala Agayeva as his wife, while Javanshir Hadiyev appears as a police officer and Vetri Kiran as Deepika's father.

Helmed by Magizh Thirumeni, Vidaamuyarchi boasts music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Om Prakash ISC, with editing handled by NB Srikanth. Milan leads art direction, while Supreme Sundar choreographs action sequences, and Kalyan oversees dance choreography. Anu Vardhan designs costumes, G. Anand Kumar captures stills, and Gopi Prasanna manages publicity design. VFX supervision is by Hariharasuthan, with DI color grading by Prasath Somasekar.
