Vishal Collapses At An Event: Renowned Tamil actor Vishal made to the headlines for one of the most shocking reasons after he collapsed at an event. The incident took place on May 11 (Sunday) during an event in Koovagam village as he appeared as a Chief Guest For Miss Koovagam 2025. According to a report published in Times Now, Vishal had collapsed on stage and was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital

Reportedly, Vishal, who was battled dengue in January 2025, lost consciousness and collapsed on stage. While the organises were quick with the first aid facility, Vishal was soon rushed to the hospital for proper medical care and his fans have undoubtedly been praying for his good health

As per a report in Timed now, Vishal's managed Hair Krishnan asserted that Vishal hasn't been keeping well of late. The actor is reportedly battling fatigue and high fever and his rigorous schedule and skipping meals had worsened the situation. It is reported that Vishal is stable and recovering well.

To note, this isn't the first time Vishal's health issues have left his fans concerned. Earlier, he had attended a promotional event for Madha Gaja Raja in January despite being down with fever. Soon a video from the event went viral wherein Vishal was visibly unwell and needed help to even stand.

However addressing the rumours about his health, Vishal stated, "I recently had a common fever, and I'm completely recovered now. There were false rumours claiming I wouldn't be able to work for three or six months, but none of it is true".

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vishal, who was last seen in Madha Gaja Raja, is now working on his Thupparivaalan 2 which he is directing as well. A sequel to the 2017 release action thriller Thupparivaalan, Thupparivaalan 2 wherein Vishal and Prasanna will be reprising their roles along with Rahman, Nassar, Jayaprakash, Gautami and Suresh Chakravarthi
