Kenisha-Jayam Ravi news: Tamil actor Jayam Ravi made his first public appearance with rumoured girlfriend Kenishaa Franic as he attended Ishari K Ganesh's daughter Preetha Ganesh's wedding in Chennai. As photos of the rumoured couple started floating on the internet, Kenisha secured a spot in the list of Google Trends.

After Jayam and Kenisha were spotted together, his estranged wife Aarti shared a long statement on social media, confirming that their divorce proceedings are still going on. Breaking her silence over the constant reports of Jayam and Kenishaa's link-up, Aarti said that she chose to stay tight-lipped because of her sons.

In her statement, Aarti said that she 'absorbed every allegation' as she didn't want her children to 'carry the burden of choosing between their parents'.

Taking a dig at the photos circulating on social media, she called them 'curated appearances', adding that her divorce with Ravi Mohan is still going it.

"The man I once stood beside for 18 years- in love, loyalty and belief- has not just walked away from me, but from the very responsibilities he once promised to honour," Aarti said in her statement.

After staying silent over the accusations, she gave a detailed interview, reacting to rumours about being a 'home breaker' in Jayam Ravi and Aarti Ravi's marriage. She lambasted the trolls, who made derogatory comments about her.

"A humble request and an appeal I make to all of who have taken the liberty to make other people's issues your own. Firstly, and humbly I say this to you - stay out of it, coz it's not your home's issue but someone else's home, and you're not allowed an opinion in this matter. Secondly, leave me out of it, I have work to do and I don't advocate for uncanny banter. Lastly, be kind to everyone. It's the only necessity in the world right now," Kenisha wrote in her Instagram post as she slammed the people, who spoke about her and Jayam and dragged their personal lives.

JAYAM RAVI REACTS TO AARTI'S ALLEGATIONS

On Thursday (May 15), Jayam Ravi shared a statement, breaking his silence over the allegations that were levelled against him by his estranged wife.

"With regards to Keneeshaa Francis, who was initially a friend that chose to save a drowning man, very quickly became a lifeline of support when I had nothing but tears, blood, and the courage to walk away from a life that nearly broke me. She stood by me on the night I left my own home barefoot, in a night suit - when I was stripped of my wallet, my vehicles, documents, my belongings and even my basic dignity. Acknowledging the sensitivities of the situation - Keneesha didn't hesitate. She didn't flinch. She simply showed up. She is a beautiful companion, and I assure you this - She carries light," Jayam said as he supported his 'companion' Keneesha.

Aarti and Jayam's relationship and subsequent fallout have set several tongues wagging. Their separation has become public, becoming the talk of the town.
