This weekend delivered a shocking triple elimination from the nine nominees- Aurora, Subiksha, Sabarinathan, Kamarudin, Gana Vinoth, Vikkals Vikram, VJ Parvathy, Divya, and Sandra-leaving just five or six in the race. While Kamarudin and VJ Paaru were eliminated after getting red card from host Vijay Sethupathi, Bigg Boss Tamil 9 saw a massive twist in the game tonight wherein Subiksha was eliminated on the basis of audience votes. To note, this is the first time in the season that three eliminations took place in a week.

As a result, Subiksha failed to prove herself as a successful finalist.

According to a report published in Tamil Asianet News, Subiksha charged Rs 8 thousand per day for her stint on Bigg Boss Tamil 9. This made her weekly earnings for the show to be Rs 56 thousand. While Viyana was on the show for 10 weeks, her total earnings for Bigg Boss Tamil 9 turned out to be Rs 7.28 lakhs.
