Blast Box Office Collection Day 19: The Tamil martial arts thriller Blast continued its theatrical journey into its third week, adding another day of collections as it moves closer to the ₹48 crore India net milestone. The film, which was released in cinemas on May 28, has maintained a presence at the box office despite the arrival of newer releases. As of June 16, the movie has completed 19 days in theatres, while its Day 20 performance remains in progress.

Directed by debutant filmmaker Subash K. Raj and produced by AGS Entertainment, Blast features Arjun, Abhirami, and Preity Mukhundhan in leading roles. The action thriller also stars John Kokken, Vivek Prasanna, Arjun Chidambaram, and Pawan Krishnaa in key supporting parts.
According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Blast collected approximately ₹0.93 crore net in India on Day 19, which fell on the film's third Monday. The latest figures have pushed the movie's total India net collection to ₹47.58 crore, while its India gross earnings stand at ₹54.70 crore.
The film has also continued to contribute overseas revenue during its theatrical run. Reported international earnings have reached ₹14.05 crore gross, taking the film's worldwide gross collection to ₹68.75 crore after 19 days on the big screen.
Blast Box Office Trend In Week Three
After collecting ₹25.78 crore net during its first week, the film added another ₹14.66 crore net in its second week. While weekday collections have gradually slowed, the third weekend provided a noticeable boost. The movie earned approximately ₹1.30 crore on its third Friday before rising to ₹2.26 crore on Saturday and ₹2.65 crore on Sunday. Collections then dipped to ₹0.93 crore on Monday as the new week began.
Language-Wise Performance On Day 19
Tamil screenings accounted for the majority of the film's earnings on Day 19. The Tamil version generated around ₹0.84 crore net, while the Telugu version contributed roughly ₹0.09 crore net. The film was screened across 2,039 shows on Monday, with occupancy levels remaining modest during the weekday period.
About The Film
The story revolves around Rajaram, a karate practitioner living a quiet life with his wife Neelaveni and daughter Nila, both of whom share his martial arts background. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they find themselves confronting a powerful corporate network led by Varun Dayalan and his enforcer Abraham. As tensions escalate, the family is compelled to use their skills to defend themselves and protect what they value.
Blast is written and directed by Subash K. Raj, with music composed by Ravi Basrur. The technical crew includes cinematographer Arun Radhakrishnan, editor Pradeep E. Ragav, and production designer Veeramani Ganesan.
With its India net collection now standing at ₹47.58 crore and worldwide gross nearing ₹69 crore, Blast enters Day 20 of its theatrical run looking to add further numbers to its overall box-office tally.
