Blast Box Office Collection Day 6: Arjun's Film Hits ₹21 Crore India Net, Nears ₹31 Crore Worldwide

Blast Box Office Collection: Blast, the Tamil action thriller starring Arjun, Preity Mukundhan and Abhirami, has continued its run at the box office with stable collections during its first week in theatres. Released on May 28, 2026, the film is directed by Subash K. Raj and produced by AGS Entertainment.

According to data reported by box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Blast earned an estimated ₹3.45 crore net in India on its sixth day, Tuesday, June 2. The collection came from 2,746 shows across the country and helped the film maintain momentum after a strong opening weekend.

With the latest figures, the film's total India net collection has reached ₹21 crore. Its India gross collection stands at ₹24.13 crore after six days in theatres.

The movie witnessed its best performance during the weekend. After opening with ₹1.25 crore on Thursday, collections increased to ₹2.15 crore on Friday before rising further to ₹4.55 crore on Saturday. The film recorded its highest single-day collection on Sunday with ₹6 crore. Monday and Tuesday remained relatively steady with earnings of ₹3.60 crore and ₹3.45 crore respectively.

On Day 6, the Tamil version remained the major contributor to the film's earnings. The Tamil version generated ₹2.90 crore net with an occupancy of around 34 percent across 1,900 shows. Meanwhile, the Telugu version added ₹0.55 crore net from 846 shows and registered an occupancy of approximately 18 percent.

The film has also generated additional revenue from overseas markets. Reports indicate that Blast collected around ₹0.50 crore overseas on Day 6, taking its international gross total to ₹6.80 crore.

Combining domestic and overseas earnings, the film's worldwide gross collection has now reached approximately ₹30.93 crore. As Day 7 collections continue to come in on June 3, the action thriller is looking to cross the ₹31 crore worldwide mark during its first week.

Blast Story, Cast and Crew

Blast revolves around a middle-class family with expertise in martial arts whose lives are disrupted after they come into conflict with a dangerous criminal gang. The story follows their struggle for survival as they face escalating threats and challenges.

Apart from Arjun, Preity Mukundhan and Abhirami, the film features John Kokken, Vivek Prasanna, Arjun Chidambaram, and Pawan Krishnaa in key roles and is backed by music composer Ravi Basrur. The technical crew includes cinematographer Arun Radhakrishnan and editor Pradeep E. Ragav.

The coming days will determine whether Blast can maintain its hold at the box office as it enters its second weekend.
