Gatta Kusthi 2 is a Tamil romantic comedy sports drama directed by Chella Ayyavu. The story revolves around a stay-at-home husband whose commitment to his family is tested when misunderstandings and societal expectations begin to affect his personal life. The film blends family drama, romance, and sports elements while exploring relationships and changing social dynamics.
Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi reprise the lead roles, with the supporting cast including Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Karunaas, Muniskanth, Kaali Venkat, Karunakaran, Zara, and Mokksha, among others.
The film has been jointly produced by Vels Film International and Vishnu Vishal Studioz, with Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh and Vishnu Vishal serving as producers. Shubhra, Aryan Ramesh, and Ishan Saksena are credited as co-producers.
Sean Roldan has composed the music for the film, while K.M. Bhaskaran handled cinematography and Barath Vikraman took charge of editing. Jayachandran is the art director, and Ruchi Munoth designed the costumes. The soundtrack has been released under the Sony Music India label.
