Kara Box Office Collection Day 1 Early Updates: The much-awaited Tamil action thriller Kara has finally hit the big screens today (April 30), marking Dhanush's first release of the year, and fans are already turning it into a trending topic. Directed by Vignesh Raja, the film opened to strong curiosity and fair footfall in morning shows, driven by pre-release hype and Dhanush's star power.

According to Sacnilk data, Idli Kadai had delivered a much stronger start, earning around ₹11 cr net on its opening day.
