Kara Trailer Release Time Revealed: Dhanush, Mamitha Baiju Film's Trailer To Arrive Online Today

Kara Trailer Release: The upcoming Tamil film Kara, headlined by Dhanush, is gearing up for its theatrical release later this month, with the makers initiating the next phase of promotions. The film brings together a mix of actors from Tamil and Malayalam cinema, including Mamitha Baiju, K. S. Ravikumar, Karunas, Jayaram, Prithvi Pandiarajan, and Suraj Venjaramoodu in key roles.

Directed by Vignesh Raja, who also co-wrote the script with Alfred Prakash, Kara is backed by Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International, in association with Think Studios. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on April 30, 2026.

The film also features supporting roles played by M. S. Baskar and Sreeja Ravi, among others.

On the technical front, the film features music composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, with cinematography handled by Theni Eswar. Editing is overseen by Sreejith Sarang, while the art direction is led by Mayapandi. The action sequences are choreographed by Dinesh Kasi. Costume design is managed by Dinesh Manoharan and Kavya Sriram, with additional contributions from a wider technical team including sound designers Sachin Sudhakaran and Hariharan M.

The film's post-production work includes VFX by AJAX, with Praveen D serving as the VFX supervisor. Sound mixing is done by M. R. Rajakrishnan, and the digital intermediate process has been completed at Knack Studios. Publicity design for the film is handled by Kabilan Chelliah.

As part of its promotional rollout, the makers have announced that the official trailer of Kara will be released on April 19 at 8:00 PM. The announcement comes ahead of the film's theatrical debut, with the trailer set to provide an initial look at the film.

With its release approaching, Kara is among the Tamil films scheduled to arrive in theatres in late April. Additional promotional materials are likely to be released in the coming days.
