Karuppu Cast Salary: Karuppu has continued to remain a major topic of discussion online following its theatrical release on Friday, May 15. Amid conversations surrounding the film's delayed rollout and opening-day response, reported remuneration details of several actors and crew members associated with the project have now surfaced online.

According to a report published by Asianet News, actor Suriya has reportedly received ₹45 crore as remuneration for his role in Karuppu. The report further stated that actress Trisha Krishnan was reportedly paid ₹5 crore for the film.

The same report also claimed that director RJ Balaji received ₹4 crore as remuneration for directing the project. However, the makers of the film have not officially disclosed salary-related figures connected to the cast or crew.

Apart from the lead actors, the reported salary details of Malayalam actors associated with the film have also attracted attention online. According to the report, veteran actor Indrans has reportedly been paid ₹80 lakh for his role in the film. Actress Swasika, who also appears in Karuppu, is reportedly said to have received ₹40 lakh as remuneration.

Directed by RJ Balaji, Karuppu is a Tamil action drama produced by Dream Warrior Pictures. The film stars Suriya, Trisha Krishnan, and RJ Balaji in key roles alongside Indrans, Natty Subramaniam, Swasika, Sshivada, Supreeth Reddy, Yogi Babu, and Anagha Maya Ravi.

The screenplay has been co-written by RJ Balaji along with Ashwin Ravichandran, Rahul Raj, T. S. Gopi Krishnan, and Karan Aravind Kumar. The technical crew includes cinematographer G. K. Vishnu, editor R. Kalaivanan, and music composer Sai Abhyankkar.

Karuppu was initially scheduled to release on May 14. However, the film's theatrical rollout was delayed after planned morning shows were cancelled due to what producer S. R. Prabhu described as "unavoidable reasons." The film eventually arrived in theatres on May 15 following a day marked by release uncertainty and screening disruptions across several locations.

As discussions surrounding the film continue online, the reported remuneration figures of its cast and director have now added another layer to the ongoing conversation around Karuppu.
