Karuppu Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 25 Update: Suriya's Film Crosses ₹325 Crore Globally

Karuppu Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 25 Update: Suriya's fantasy action drama Karuppu continues its theatrical run more than three weeks after release. Headlined by Suriya and directed by RJ Balaji, the film has reportedly crossed the ₹325 crore mark at the worldwide box office after completing 25 days in cinemas.

According to trade analyst Jerin Georgekutty, the film's worldwide gross stands at approximately ₹325.34 crore after 25 days. The reported domestic total is ₹244.49 crore, while overseas collections have reached around ₹80.85 crore.

Among the domestic markets, Tamil Nadu remains the biggest contributor with an estimated ₹165.28 crore gross. The film has also performed strongly in the Telugu-speaking regions, where it has reportedly collected ₹37.38 crore. Karnataka has contributed ₹24.28 crore, while Kerala's share stands at ₹14.37 crore. Collections from the rest of India are estimated at ₹3.18 crore.

The language-wise domestic breakdown suggests that the Tamil version has generated around ₹205.46 crore, while the Telugu version, released under the title Veerabhadrudu, has contributed approximately ₹39.03 crore.

Trade estimates shared by the tracker indicate that the film's worldwide theatrical share is around ₹150.42 crore against a reported break-even target of ₹70 crore. Based on the tracker's estimates, the film has moved well beyond its reported break-even point during its theatrical run. However, it should be noted that these are trade estimates and not official figures released by the producers.

The tracker further stated that official figures for the first 25 days could be in the ₹350 crore to ₹354 crore range. No official confirmation regarding those numbers has been issued by the production house so far.

With Day 26 collections currently underway on June 9, industry observers are watching whether Karuppu can soon overtake the reported lifetime worldwide total of Amaran and move higher on trade trackers' lists of the highest-grossing Tamil films. According to the tracker, the film requires approximately ₹9.82 crore more to surpass Amaran's reported worldwide total.
