The story unfolds in a drought-affected village in Ramanathapuram district, where residents are struggling with an ongoing water shortage. Hoping to address the crisis, villagers decide to dig a well near the home of local temple priest Manivasagar. However, an unexpected discovery during the excavation changes the course of events. The finding draws the attention of the archaeological department, leading to new complications and tensions within the community as officials take control of the site.

Yogi Babu plays one of the central characters in the film, while Lovelyn Chandrasekhar and Raichal Rebecca feature in key roles. The supporting cast includes Ramakrishnan, George Mariyam, Kavitha Bharathi, and Rajendiran.
