Released on April 10, this Tamil-language futuristic romantic comedy-drama opened to positive word-of-mouth and steady audience interest over the opening weekend. Directed by Vignesh Shivan, the film is backed by Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studio.

Headlined by Pradeep Ranganathan, Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) also features a powerful ensemble cast, including S. J. Suryah and Krithi Shetty in pivotal roles. The film opened with ₹7.05 Cr and maintained solid momentum through the weekend. As per Sacnilk reports, it saw a marginal 3.1% drop on Sunday, collecting ₹7.70 Cr on its third day. This brought the total 4-day net collection to ₹22.70 Cr, while the India gross has climbed to ₹26.29 Cr.

Love Insurance Kompany, starring Pradeep Ranganathan, has witnessed a significant drop in collections on its first Monday, indicating a clear weekday slowdown after a decent opening weekend.

As per real-time Sacnilk updates, the film has managed to collect around ₹1.61 Cr by 7:30 PM today, reflecting a fall of over 50% compared to its weekend performance. With this, the total India gross has reached approximately ₹28.19 Cr, while the India net stands at ₹24.31 Cr, with final Monday figures still awaited.

Despite a promising start, the film is yet to recover even half of its reported budget. As per online reports, LIK is said to be mounted on an estimated ₹60 Cr production cost
