Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 16: Pradeep Ranganathan's Film Nears ₹62 Cr

Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) Worldwide Box Office Collection: Love Insurance Kompany continued its theatrical run as the film completed 16 days in cinemas on April 25, with Day 17 underway on Sunday, April 26. The Tamil science fiction romantic comedy, starring Pradeep Ranganathan, S. J. Suryah, and Krithi Shetty, is now reportedly nearing the final stage of its theatrical run.

Written and directed by Vignesh Shivan, the film was released in theatres on April 10, 2026, after multiple postponements from its initially announced September 2025 release date. It had its US premieres on April 9.

According to box office tracker Jerin Georgekutty's update on X, Love Insurance Kompany has collected a total worldwide gross of approximately ₹61.70 crore in 16 days. Out of this, the domestic gross stands at ₹50.40 crore, while the overseas market contributed around $1.20 million, which is approximately ₹11.30 crore.

Tamil Nadu remains the film's strongest market with ₹35.35 crore gross, followed by the Telugu states with ₹9.63 crore. Karnataka contributed ₹4.15 crore, while Kerala added around ₹70 lakh. The Rest of India market reportedly brought in another ₹57 lakh.

The tracker also stated that the worldwide theatrical rights were valued at ₹39.50 crore as the break-even point. Based on the latest estimates, the film's worldwide share stands at around ₹29.01 crore, with theatrical recovery reported at 73.44 percent. The Tamil Nadu distributor share is said to be approximately ₹16.88 crore.

The post further mentioned that the film is likely nearing the end of its theatrical run, with the final worldwide gross expected to close in the ₹63-64 crore range.

About Love Insurance Kompany And Its Box Office Run

The story follows a young man who uses a futuristic mobile device to travel to the year 2035 in search of his lost love. During this journey, he encounters a strange "love insurance company" where relationships are treated like policies, complete with conditions, claims, and breakup settlements.

Apart from the lead cast, the film also features Yogi Babu, Seeman, Gouri G. Kishan, Shah Ra, Malavika, and Sunil Reddy in supporting roles.

The film was jointly produced by Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studio. Music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while cinematography was handled by Ravi Varman and Sathyan Sooryan. Editing was done by Pradeep E. Ragav.

With Day 17 collections now in progress on Sunday, the final weekend numbers will determine how close Love Insurance Kompany gets to its projected closing total before concluding its theatrical run.
