Parasakthi Box Office Collection: Parasakthi, the Tamil period political action drama directed by Sudha Kongara, has completed eight days at the domestic box office and entered its ninth day in cinemas today, January 18. The film was released theatrically on January 10, 2026, during the Pongal festive week, positioning itself among the major holiday releases in Tamil Nadu and other key markets.

According to figures reported by box office tracking portal Sacnilk, Parasakthi has collected an estimated ₹46.1 crore India net from its first eight days of theatrical run. The reported numbers include the opening weekend, the first weekday stretch, and the second Saturday, with Day 8 figures currently based on rough estimates.
The film opened strongly on its first Saturday with ₹12.5 crore, followed by ₹10.1 crore on Sunday. Collections saw a sharp decline on Monday, with Day 3 bringing in ₹3 crore. The midweek phase remained relatively steady, with Tuesday and Wednesday contributing ₹2.6 crore and ₹2.55 crore, respectively. Thursday saw a notable jump to ₹5.5 crore, helping the film close its first week at ₹36.25 crore India net.
In the second week, Parasakthi continued to register consistent footfalls. Day 7 (Friday) added ₹5 crore, while Day 8 (Saturday) contributed an estimated ₹4.85 crore, taking the cumulative total to ₹46.1 crore India net.
