The film, which stars Sivakarthikeyan alongside Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa, and Sreeleela, was released in cinemas on January 10, 2026, during the Pongal festival period. According to figures shared by box office tracking handle Cinetrak, Parasakthi recorded a weak third weekend in Tamil Nadu. Tracked cinemas reported collections of approximately ₹0.14 crore on the third Friday, followed by ₹0.23 crore on Saturday and ₹0.31 crore on Sunday. The total collection from 107 cinemas tracked through Cinetrak during the third weekend stands at around ₹0.68 crore. This marks a steep decline compared to the film's second-weekend performance.

Based on tracked data, the film's total collection in Tamil Nadu after 16 days is estimated at ₹45.2 crore. Trade estimates suggest that actual gross figures in the state could be closer to ₹53.5 crore.
