The former Bigg Boss star described Ramesh as a kind person who trusted and supported him, and gave confidence during early career struggles.

"The sudden demise of Mr. Ramesh, the director of my film "Vil Ambhu," has deeply shaken me.He was a wonderful person who believed in me, encouraged me, and instilled confidence in me during my early days. His love, words, and encouragement will forever remain etched in my memory. My deepest condolences to his grieving family and friends. I earnestly pray to the divine for his soul to attain eternal peace," Kalyan wrote in a tweet in Tamil (this is the English translation)

Before his death, Ramesh Subramaniam was working on a film titled The Killer Man. The project has not been released, and its future remains unclear.

His family members confirmed that Ramesh's funeral would be conducted on May 29.
