Yaaruda Mahesh Review
After working in Bollywood and Telugu film industry, Sundeep Kishan entered Tamil films in Maranthen Mannithen, which was the dubbed version of Telugu movie Gundello Godari. And in a span of one month, he is back with yet another film Yaaruda Mahesh. Unlike his earlier Tamil film, the latest flick does not have a serious subject rather a completely comedy entertainer.
Sundeep Kishan starrer Yaaruda Mahesh attracted audience with its trailer of the movie. The short video was very impressive and that generated curiosity about the film in the mind of audience. Well, will the film be as impressive as the trailer? Read on for the review to know it.
Yaaruda Mahesh is a coming-of-age film made by a young team for the new generation audience. People, who never mind double meaning jokes, will definitely like this film. It is about two men Shiva (Sundeep Kishan) and Vasanth (Jagan), who enjoy spending time in bar or with a woman. As expected, they are waiting for a change and soon their new journey begins as they start searching for Mahesh.
Where does their journey begin? How their life get impacted from some incidents? Who is Mahesh? What happens when the mystery character enters in the story? Answers to all these questions form the crux of the story.

The first half of Yaaruda Mahesh is good and it makes youths to believe that the film is a paisa-vasool affair. The crass jokes keep coming regularly and makes the audience laugh every few minute.

However, the second half is not up to the mark. The director's screenplay fails to make it engaging in the second half at various places. People would also come to the conclusion that the film is a best watch while having drinks! Nonetheless, youths will get impressed by the film.

Performance wise, Sundeep Kishan has given a decent performance and his co-star Jagan too has tried to match him up. Dimple Chopade is good at glamour and other casts like Jagan, Srinath, Livingston, Uma Padmanaban, Swaminathan, Singamuthu and Nellai Siva have done justice to their characters.

Technically, Raana's cinematography is good and musician Gopi Sunder's has churned out a few passable numbers including 'Uyire uyiril...'. Overall, director Madhan Kumar could have worked some more time on the script to make it a better product.
