Bigg Boss 12 makers are doing everything in their power to make the forthcoming season as exciting and surprising for the fans. While numerous things are being told about the reality show, with regard to the contestants list, the amount of fee paid and the way Salman Khan would be interacting with the inmates in the house, we have heard one more thing that might not excite you. According to the reports of India Forums, the format of Bigg Boss 12 has undergone a major change!
Earlier, it was told that the season 12 of Bigg Boss would be showcasing contestants in pairs. The list included both celebrities and commoners. However, the reports are now saying that the celebrities will not be seen entering in jodis.
A source told India Forums, "The season's format has been changed and instead of jodis, celebrities will be seen entering the show solo. Sources tell us that this step was taken, as the channel could not wrangle in proper celeb jodis." The makers of the show are yet to confirm the news officially.
A while ago we told you about the huge fee that's been offered to the alleged contestants Danny D and Mahika Sharma. Reports are making rounds that the duo will be paid a whooping Rs 95 Lakhs per week during their stay in the Bigg Boss house.
The commoners are reportedly paid Rs 25,000 per episode. Also, it has been told that two commoners to enter Bigg Boss 12 have been already confirmed. The first commoner is a 22-year-old mechanical engineer and fitness model.
The other commoner contestant Soma Mangnaanii is a diva with a huge number of followers on her Instagram handle. She describes herself to be an actress, from what we see on her social media profile. Reports are saying that Soma will be paired with an actor upon entering the house. The makers of Bigg Boss 12 are yet to announce the official list of the contestants.
When speculations started making rounds that Milind Soman would be entering the glass house with his wife Ankita Konwar, he denied the reports stating them to be rumours. Gurmeet Choudhary also confirmed that he is not participating in the reality show.
