Divyank Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya have been one of the most adored couples of the telly world. We all know that they met on the sets of their show Yeh Hain Mohabbatein, fell madly in love with each other and the rest is history. Ever since their marriage in 2016, the two stars have been setting major relationship goals. But, what you would not know is that Vivek gifted Divyanka something very special at the time of proposal. We aren't surprised Divyanka couldn't say anything but yes upon seeing what her would be hubby had to offer her! Here's all the details!
There Was No Courtship Prior To The Wedding
When Divyanka and Vivek's friendship eventually turned into a romantic relationship, they just wanted to get married. Divyanka told Bollywoodshaadis. "There was no courtship as we were looking at the relationship culminating into marriage. We just wanted it (the roka ceremony) to be a private affair and didn't want to jinx it. Now, we are madly in love with each other."
The PRECIOUS Gift!
Vivek proposed to Divyanka in a very dreamy way. We'll get to that later. But at the time of the proposal, he gave his lady love something that she didn't have and was extreme;y precious. Talking about it Divyanka said, "He stated that I have everything that one can gift, the only I don't have is commitment and he was ready to present me with that. It is one of the unforgettable moments of my life. I was waiting for this day for my entire life".
A Dreamy Proposal
Divyanka and Vivek were in Bangalore visiting the former's parents. Divyanka's birthday is on December 14. When Divyanka got home a night before her birthday, Vivek had decorated the entire place with flowers and lights. But, he didn't get down on his knees!
When He Popped The Question
Talking about the way Vivek proposed to her, Divyanka said, "At the end of the passage Vivek was standing with a t-shirt in his hand. The specialty about the t-shirt was, on one part it was written that ‘You are an answer to every questions', while on the other it was written that ‘Divyanka marry me'. Moreover, the words he said I will never forget those."
